Don't worry! We never include price information with any order. Whoever pays for the order will receive an email receipt after checking out.
Within 3-5 business days, often sooner. Holidays and weekends are not counted as business days. You will get an email with tracking info when your order is on its way!

We aren't able to rush your order without affecting someone who ordered before you, but we also will not let anyone else cut in front of you. Thank you for your understanding!

All jewelry is hypoallergenic and nickel free. All materials are noted in the listing details included with each product.
Gold filled jewelry has almost 100 times more gold than plated jewelry. So, unlike plated jewelry, gold filled is water resistant and the gold color will not rub off or tarnish with normal, everyday wear.
Please note, water resistant is not the same as water proof. Gold filled jewelry should be removed before bathing, exercise, swimming and sleeping. All rings and bracelets sold here will not be affected by hand washing, etc.
If you don't know your ring size, we have ring sizers available for purchase. They cost $3 and will help you find the perfect fit. It's especially handy if you're trying to achieve a stacked look and need multiple sizes.

Please use measuring tape or string to measure around your ankle, wrist or neck.
You can also measure a piece of jewelry you already own that fits you well.
We can customize any length you'd like. If you don't see the option available in the drop down menu, contact us and we'll create a custom order!

U.S. Customers
Please note, we only offer store credit for returns. We are unable to refund back to your original method of payment. Please feel free to contact us before purchase regarding sizes or styling as we are more than happy to assist you with any questions.
From the date your order arrives at your door, we give you 30 days to fall in love. If you decide your purchase is not right for you, no problem! To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us using the contact form. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please allow 2-3 business days to process your return.
Once your return has been completed, we will deduct $5 per returned item as a handling charge and email you the remaining balance in the form of a digital gift card. Gift cards have no expiration date.
International Customers
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a return shipping label. You are responsible for return shipping costs, including tracking and insurance. Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your package if you wish to make a return for store credit. We are unable to refund back to your original method of payment.

Exclusions
Returns for store credit are accepted for the majority of our products with the exception of the following:
Any discounted item is considered final sale
Earrings cannot be returned for sanitary reasons
Personal items (beauty products)
Sometimes things go wrong - don’t worry! If you need a repair, received the wrong item, or if your purchase was damaged during shipping, we’re ready to make it right!
Jewelry repairs are free for 60 days after you receive your order. Repairs do not include length or size changes, pricing varies for this service. Please contact us and we'll be happy to help!
